Strength – Bench Press – 10-10-10-10-10 (5 Min per round)
Post Strength – Max Time Hanging L-Sit / Knees at 90
Stretching – 1 Min Pec Smash (Rt/Lt) – 1 Min Shoulder Smash (Rt/Lt)
