Strength - Back Squat - (5-4-3 (2 Min per set)) 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3 ( 2:45 per set)

Post WOD - 1:00 standing pike stretch (feet narrow) - 1:00 standing pike stretch (feet wide)
