Strength – Shoulder Press – 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 – work to heaviest –

Accessory - On an 8:00 clock:
Handstand walk practice
– Beginner: pike handstand shoulder taps
– Intermediate: back-to-wall handstand shoulder taps
– Advanced: handstand walks

Post WOD - 1 set:  1:00 banded shoulder stretch/arm
