Empty Bar Work – 10, 7, 5 – Add weight each set (small increments)

Strength WOD – Deadlift – 5-5-5-5-5-5-5 (Compare to 4/26/18)

WOD – 12 Min – Every 45 seconds
2 Deadlifts @ 85% of 5RM
4 OTB Burpees
