Warm Up
Front Skip/Back Skip – Side Lunge – Goose Step – Tip Toe/Heel walk – Trunk Twist – Arm Circles – 2 Laps
5 Push ups – 5 T2B – 5 Strict Pull ups – 5 Squats – 3 Rounds
Bar Work – 1 Power Clean – 1 Hang Power Clean – 1 Hang Squat Clean – 1 Squat Clean – 3 Rounds

Strength WOD – Clean – 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 Touch and GO! **Rest 2 Min Between Sets** (Compare to 10/20/17)

WOD – 10 Min Every 20 seconds
1 Power Clean @ 80% of 3RM
Alternate each rep
1 Squat Clean @ 80% of 3RM
You will perform 1 Power Clean and 20 seconds later, 1 Squat Clean and repeat this sequence until 10 minutes have passed.
**If you can’t keep up, turn it into an AMRAP**
