Accumulate 30 second static hold at the bottom of the squat
5 rounds for time.

POST YOUR TIME FOR BOTH WODs AND YOU WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE DRAWING FOR 1 FIT AID, 1 WINDOW CLING AND 1 SET OF WRIST WRAPS!!!
