Change kids 6-8 yrs meet Tues.



Tuesdays at 4:00pm for ages 6-8
Thursdays at 4:00pm for ages 9-12

Our Crossfit Change kids classes are designed for children ages 6-12 years old, and introduces them to the fundamentals and proper technique of exercise in a fun and exciting environment. Change Kids can also help your little athletes excel in whatever sports they may be participating in by helping increase their endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, balance, power, and especially their confidence.

Both coaches are certified Crossfit Level 1 trainers and Crossfit Kids certified. They are also both former collegiate athletes and have over 20 years coaching experience at the rec., high school, and college levels as well as teaching degrees.
